- 3 tbls mayonnaise
- 2 tbls white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/4 tspn coriander
- Pinch white pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 cups julienned broccoli stems or chopped green cabbage or mix. Can use a bag of Broccoli Slaw mix. Can also mix some red cabbage. Be creative.1/2 cup julienned carrots1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1/4 cup cubed (1/8″-1/4″) red bell peppers
Now for the twist in the story, as I don’t follow rules… I find it really tasty to add 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tbls toasted sesame seeds. But that’s completely up to you….
- Mix well all but vegetables.
- Add everything else and mix well.
If you have time, let it stand in the fridge for a few hours, but can also be eaten right away.
